Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic aluminum or aluminum alloy surface. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) washing, namely washing aluminum or aluminum alloy by acetone and ethanol in sequence under normal temperature and normal pressure to remove oil stains from the surface so as to obtain clean aluminum or aluminum alloy; (2) roughening the surface, namely processing the clean aluminum or aluminum alloy in a water solution containing sodium metaaluminate and urea to roughen the aluminum or aluminum alloy surface; (3) hydrophobizing, namely performing chemical vapor deposition on the aluminum or aluminum alloy processed in the step (2) at 120-150 DEG C, and modifying the aluminum or aluminum alloy surface with a hydrophobic compound to obtain the super-hydrophobic aluminum or aluminum alloy surface.
