Summary: | The invention provides a method for separating lead-silver slag from ferroalumen slag in zinc hydrometallurgy. The method comprises steps of separating preneutralization liquid into preneutralization base flow and preneutralization supernate through liquid-solid separation; adding zinc electrolysis waste liquid or water into the preneutralization base flow for pulping; pumping the pulped ore pulp into a ferroalumen slag decomposing tank; raising temperature and slowly adding concentrated sulfuric acid, wherein the reaction temperature is controlled to be 90 DEG C-100 DEG C, the final concentration of sulfuric acid in the reaction is controlled to be 200-250g/l, and the reaction time is controlled to be 4-5 hours; allowing the obtained ferroalumen slag decomposing ore pulp to enter a filter press for filter pressing so as to obtain filter residue and filtrate; returning the filtrate back to a hydrometallurgical hot acid leaching system, wherein the filter residue is lead-silver slag.
