The invention discloses an acrylic ester modified adhesive, a preparation method thereof and an application method of a benzene-free hot melt adhesive. The benzene-free hot melt adhesive comprises the following components: the acrylic ester modified adhesive, ethyl acetate, silicon powder and solid acrylic resin, wherein the acrylic ester modified adhesive, the silicon powder and the solid acrylic resin are mixed and then diluted into an adhesive solution with the solid content of 10%-20% by weight by using the ethyl acetate, the addition amount of the silicon powder accounts for 5%-25% by weight of total solid weight, and the addition amount of the solid acrylic resin accounts for 5%-25% by weight of total solid weight.
