Summary:The invention relates to a switch load system for isolated power system operation in a calcium carbide plant. The switch load system comprises a generator set, a step-up transformer, a calcium carbide furnace, a lime kiln, a power control cabinet, a step-down transformer and a computer control unit, wherein the generator set is connected with the calcium carbide furnace by a circuit of the step-up transformer, and the other output end of the step-up transformer is connected with the lime kiln by the step-down transformer and the power control cabinet. The lime kiln is provided with a calcination zone, hot air chambers and an air blower. Hot air inlets are arranged on the lower parts of the two sides of combustion beams of the calcination zone. The hot air chambers are respectively mounted on the two sides of each combustion beam, the inlets of the hot air chambers are connected with an inlet of the air blower by a valve, and the outlets of the hot air chambers are connected with the hot air inlets. The computer control unit is communicatively connected with the generator set, the hot air chambers, thermocouples, an air pipeline adjustment valve, a fuel gas pipeline adjustment valve, and a frequency converter. The calcium carbide furnace is combined the lime kiln, and when the calcium carbide furnace is in failure and the load is switched, the surplus electric amount is used for heating and combustion-supporting of the air by the electric heating hot air chambers of the lime kiln, so as to effectively solve the electric amount surplus problem when the load is switched during the operation of the isolated power system.
