The invention discloses a display screen, a manufacturing method of the display screen, and a display device. The display screen comprises a display panel comprising a counter box substrate and an array substrate which are opposite to each other. One side, back to the array substrate, of the counter box substrate is provided with a first electrode layer. A solar cell is formed on the first electrode layer. A second electrode layer is formed on the solar cell. When the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are both communicated with a charging unit, the solar cell charges the charging unit through the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. When the second electrode layer is communicated with a touch control unit, the second electrode layer achieves the touch function under the control of the touch control unit. The display screen has the touch function and the charging function at the same time.
