Summary: | The invention discloses a production method and application of a coding suspension microchip for joint detection of multiple tumor markers. The production method comprises the following steps: providing a coding suspension microchip base body comprising a transparent substrate and a plurality of non-transparent plane microstructures distributed on the transparent substrate and used as graphic identification codes; and providing antibody pairs corresponding to more than ten tumor markers, connecting an antibody in each antibody pair to the transparent substrate as probe molecule, and connecting the other antibody with a marking material.
