The invention provides a pilot type flow-controllable check valve which comprises a valve body (1), a main valve core (2), an oil inlet (A1), an oil outlet (B1), a main valve spring (3), a valve plug (4), a main valve cavity, a pilot control passage, a pilot control cavity, an oil inlet connector (5), a transition block (6), a pilot control valve core (7), a pilot control spring (8) and an oil outlet connector (9). Control oil (pi) controls displacement of the pilot control valve core (7), namely, opening area of the pilot control valve core, the pilot control valve core (7) controls pressure in the cavity of the main valve core (2), namely, displacement of the main valve core, and different flows are output by means of changes of the opening area of the main valve core.
