Summary: | The invention discloses a high impact chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipe material and a preparation method thereof. The high impact chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipe material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) resin, 30-50 parts of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, 0.3-0.6 part of polyethylene wax, 20-30 parts of active light calcium, 2-3 parts of dimethyl dimercaptoacetate isooctyl tin, 1-2 parts of barium stearate, 1-2 parts of ACR-401, 8-10 parts of HIPS, 2-3 parts of HIPS-g-PMMA, 4-7 parts of impact modifier ACM resin and 5-10 parts of a composite filler.
