The lubricant has the advantages of short carbon chain, low aromatic hydrocarbon, low viscosity, large heat capacity, and strong cooling and cleaning abilities, and the sticking phenomenon of a rolled piece and a roller is reduced, meanwhile, the processing lubrication performance also can be improved, the strength of an oil slick inside a deformation zone is increased, the frictional coefficient is reduced, and the cold rolling lubricant is stable in constituent and performance, free of corrosion on metal and equipment, free of toxicity, and free of a pungent smell.
