The invention discloses a method and a device for extracting a lithium salt from lithium-containing salt lake bittern. The method comprises the following steps of a, heating bittern in a water tank to a temperature of 60-70 DEG C, b, carrying out membrane distillation on the heated bittern by a hydrophobic microporous membrane to respectively obtain water and concentrated bittern, c, heating the concentrated bittern to a temperature of 40-60 DEG C and feeding back the heated concentrated bittern to the water tank, and d, repeating the steps a, b and c until salts are precipitated in the water tank. The method also comprises carrying out flotation to separate the lithium, sodium and magnesium salts obtained by the step d to obtain a lithium salt crude product and optionally, refining the lithium salt crude product to obtain a high-purity lithium salt. The invention also discloses the device adopting the method. The device comprises a water tank, a heat collector, a water pump and a membrane module. The device
