Solid-state electrolytes based on fluorine-doped oxides

The invention describes the use of particles of at least one crystalline oxide, preferably metal oxide for the preparation of solid-state electrolytes. The particles have an average particle size of less than 500 nm and a fluorine content of between 0.5% and 30% by weight, preferably between 0.5% an...

Summary:The invention describes the use of particles of at least one crystalline oxide, preferably metal oxide for the preparation of solid-state electrolytes. The particles have an average particle size of less than 500 nm and a fluorine content of between 0.5% and 30% by weight, preferably between 0.5% and 5%, even more preferably between 1.0% and 4%. Also described is a crystalline oxide, preferably solid-state electrolyte with metal oxide particles. The particles have an average particle size of less than 500 nm, preferably between 10 nm and 500 nm, even more preferably between 50 nm and 300 nm; a fluorine content of between 0.5% and 30% by weight, preferably between 0.5% and 5%, even more preferably between 1% and 4%; and an alkali or alkaline-earth metal content of between 0.5% and 10% by weight, preferably between 0.5% and 5%, even more preferably between 1% and 4%. Furthermore, an inorganic-organic hybrid electrolyte obtainable by means of reaction of the solid-state electrolyte with ionic liquids is describe
