Summary:The invention discloses an acid treatment process for the surface of a magnetic core. The acid treatment process sequentially includes the following steps: a), placing the magnetic core after being sintered into a grinding machine for strong vibration; b), taking out the magnetic core, placing the same into hydrochloric acid of 10-80%, and soaking for 1-5 hours; c), taking out the magnetic core for airing. The magnetic core after being sintered is placed into the grinding machine for vibration grinding, so that burrs on the surface of the magnetic core can be effectively removed, and inductance sensitivity of the magnetic core is lowered; the magnetic core is placed into the hydrochloric acid for soaking, so that crystal lattices on the surface of the magnetic core are further flattened, inductance of the magnetic core is increased from about 1muH to be within a range of 1.1-1.7muH required by a client, stress sensitivity of the magnetic core is reduced, and product yield is increased.
