A shell (120) is disposed on the frame (102). A backplane (130) is disposed within the shell (120). The backplane (130) includes a plurality of at least partially embedded electrical conductors (132,134,136,138,140,142,144,146,148,150,152). Electrical apparatus (154,156,158,160,162) such as, for example, relays or contactors (154,156,158), are electrically connected to the at least partially embedded electrical conductors (132,134,136,138,140,142,144,146,148,150,152).
