A furnace body is sequentially provided with two first flow lines and a second flow line according to the workpiece moving direction. Every first flow line is sequentially provided with a heating furnace, a cooling furnace, a refrigeration furnace and a cooling furnace; the second flow line is sequentially provided with a heating furnace and a cooling furnace; and the cooling furnace comprises a refrigeration chamber, a refrigerating unit and an exhaust circulating system.
