Disclosed is a PE pipeline pressure test blind plate. A PE pipeline flange is disposed at the end of a PE pipeline. The PE pipeline pressure test blind plate comprising a steel blind plate, a steel flange, a seal gasket and an exhaust valve is characterized in that the steel blind plate (1) is a round steel plate, the edge of the round steel plate is provided with bolts holes at equal intervals and a waterstop, the middle of the round steel plate is provided with a through hole, a steel short pipe (5) is welded in the through hole, two ends of the steel short pipes are provided with internal threads, the steel flange (6) is provided with bolt holes fitting a PE pipeline flange under pressure test, the steel flange (6) and the steel blind plate (1) are connected to hold the steel flange (6) of the PE pipeline flange in the middle through bolts (2), the seal gasket (4) is disposed between the steel blind plate (1) and the PE pipeline flange under pressure test in a backing manner, and the exhaust valve (3) is f
