This adhesive sheet has large interlayer peel strength. This adhesive sheet is composed of at least two layers including a rubber adhesive layer (A) and an acrylic adhesive layer (B) that are directly laminated on each other, and has an interlayer peel strength of 2.0 N/20 mm or more, said interlayer peel strength being measured by separating the acrylic adhesive layer (B) from the rubber adhesive layer (A) at a measurement temperature of 23 DEG C, a tension rate of 0.3 m/min and a separation angle of 180 DEG C.
