The invention discloses an ultrasonic pesticide residue cleaning degradation device with adjustable power. The device comprises a reaction container, a control panel, a core processor, a PWM (pulse-width modulation) filter circuit, an ultrasonic signal generation module, a power amplification module, an impedance matching transformer, a matching inductor and an energy converter, wherein the signal output end of the control panel is connected with the signal input end of the core controller; a PWM module is arranged in the core processor, and the PWM signal output end of the PWM module is connected with the signal input end of the PWM filter circuit; the signal output end of the PWM filter circuit is connected with the signal input end of the ultrasonic signal generation module; the signal output end of the ultrasonic signal generation module is connected with the signal input end of the drive isolation module; the output end of the drive isolation module is connected with the signal input end of the power amplification module. By the device, the output power of the energy converter has adjustability, the requirement of pesticide residue cleaning degradation at different power can be met, and a cleaning degradation effect can be enhanced.
