The invention relates to a post-cast strip structure and a construction method thereof. The post-cast strip structure can ensure post-cast strip concrete surface joint flatness. The post-cast strip structure comprises a post-cast strip formed by conducting concrete pouring on a reserved post-cast strip gap. A first concrete structure and a second concrete structure are formed on two sides of the post-cast strip respectively.
