Summary: | The invention relates to an electroconductive aluminium-dispersed paste, a manufacturing method of a solar cell and a solar cell. The invention can provide an electroconductive aluminium-dispersed paste whose printing and coating performance is excellent and formed back electrode has a low surface resistance value and which can fully inhibit the occurrence of warping of a sintered silicon semiconductor substrate. The abovementioned paste is an electroconductive aluminium-dispersed paste used for forming an electrode on a back side of a silicon semiconductor, the silicon semiconductor is one having a pn junction and having a reflection preventing layer formed on a surface side of the silicon semiconductor. The paste is characterized by containing aluminium powder, glass powder, a dispersing agent and an organic solvent, wherein the dispersing agent is a segmented copolymer containing basic groups and acidic groups, and the amine value of the segmented copolymer is 2 to 100mgKOH/g, and the acid value is 10 to 3 |
