The invention discloses artificial soft tissue and a manufacturing method thereof. The artificial soft tissue is formed by a single-layer support provided with a channel structure and parenchymal cells through layer-by-layer stacking, and nonparenchymal cells are further attached to the inner wall of the channel structure.
