Summary:The present invention relates to a method for dedifferentiating somatic cells using microvesicles derived from embryonic stem cells. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preparing pluripotent stem cells by treating somatic cells with a composition having microvesicles derived from embryonic stem cells. The method for preparing pluripotent stem cells according to the present invention effectively facilitates the dedifferentiation of somatic cells without side-effects using the microvesicles, and further, is expected to be significantly useful in the development of cell therapy products having immune-compatibility suitable for specific individuals.
