Summary:The invention discloses a C/SiC composite material and a preparation method of the same. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) uniformly mixing polycarbosilane, divinyl benzene and alpha phase SiC micro-powder, stirring to dissolve, so as to obtain prefabricated part precursor solution; 2) paving a carbon cloth on a die plate while coating the prefabricated part precursor solution, covering a die cover after a design prefabricated part thickness is achieved, pressurizing and heating to cure, and sewing the laminated and curved carbon cloth, so as to prepare a prefabricated part in a carbon fibre volume fraction of 30-50%; 3) conveying the prefabricated part in a cracking furnace, and performing high-temperature cracking; 4) soaking precursor solution for densification, which is prepared by mixing polycarbosilane and xylene in the cracked prefabricated part, then curing; 5) conveying the cured carbon fibre prefabricated part in the cracking furnace again, and performing high-temperature cracking; and
