The invention discloses a method and a device for storing data, and a device and a method for accessing encrypted data. The method for storing the data is used for realizing the data encrypting and storage in a database, and comprises the following steps of determining user information of an accessing user of the to-be-stored data; according to the user information of the accessing user, calling a pre-configured public key of the accessing user; and using the called public key to encrypt the to-be-stored data, and storing the encrypted data into the database. The method and the device have the advantages that the data encrypting method is correlated with the user information, the safety coefficient of the method for encrypting the data in the database is improved, the data safety is ensured, the calling of the public key is realized through the relationship between the pre-configured user information and the corresponding public key, and the calling accuracy of the public key is ensured.
