Summary:The invention relates to the field of molecular biology and discloses a nanotube microsystem based high-pass analysis and screening method, and a nanotube microsystem chip. The method comprises the following steps: adopting the nanotube microsystem chip to replace gelatin; during molecular screening, dripping samples to be detected into a nanotube, wherein molecules to be detected moves in the nanotube at different speeds changing with electrified characters, shapes and sizes; determining whether sample liquid to be detected still containing the molecules to be detected after a preset time according to the different positions of the molecules in the nanotube. According to the invention, a micro-nano structure is combined with cataphoresis and eletroosmosis to replace poisonous gelatin method, so that quick detection and innocuity and environmental protection are realized. Further, a fluorescent mark is used to mark the sample liquid to be detected, which facilitates the observation of molecules to be detected
