The invention provides a tab cutting and conveying mechanism. The invention also provides a full-automatic flexible package battery flaking machine with the tab cutting and conveying mechanism. The tab cutting and conveying mechanism and the full-automatic flexible package battery flaking machine have the beneficial effects that the automatic conveying of the tabs is realized and the efficiency is improved.
