The invention discloses a glass fiber reinforced PA6/PS (Polycaprolactam/Poly Styrene) alloy material. The alloy material is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of PA6, 10-40 parts of PS, 4-10 parts of compatilizer, 1-5 parts of couplint agent, 0.2-0.5 part of antioxygen, 0.2-0.5 part of lubricant and 10-40 parts of glass fibers. The invention further comprises a preparation method of the glass fiber reinforced PA6/PS alloy material. The glass fiber reinforced PA6/PS alloy material is favorable in comprehensive mechanical property, low in shrinkage percentage, stable in size and high in impact strength, can resist wear and corrosion, has the characteristics of low warpage, oil resistance, high-temperature resistance, excellent processability and the like, and has an extremely wide application prospect in the fields of electronics, automobiles, mining machinery and the like.
