The invention relates to an expansion sleeve for an electric vehicle drive motor. The expansion sleeve comprises a coupling (1), a flange plate (3) and a motor shaft sleeve (7) which are coaxially arranged. The expansion sleeve further comprises an expansion sleeve structure (2), wherein the expansion sleeve structure (2) consists of an inner expansion ring (8), an outer expansion ring (9), a left tapered collar (10), a right tapered collar (11) and screws (12); the inner expansion ring (8) is sleeved on the coupling (1); the left tapered collar (10) and the right tapered collar (11) are respectively matched with the inner expansion ring (8) and the outer expansion ring (9); the outer expansion ring (9) is sleeved in the flange (3); and the inner parts of the left tapered collar (10) and the right tapered collar (11) are in threaded fit connection with each other through the screws (12).
