Summary: | The invention discloses a method for improving a levodropropizine taste by solid dispersion. The method comprises the step that levodropropizine is dispersed in one or more difficultly-dissolved auxiliary materials so that a solid dispersoid is produced, wherein the one or more difficultly-dissolved auxiliary materials are selected from difficultly-dissolved materials such as polyethylene glycol, povidone, organic acids, surfactants, cellulose, cellulose derivatives, ethyl cellulose, polyacrylic resin and sugar alcohol. The solid dispersoid is a difficultly-dissolved material and thus when a drug prepared from the solid dispersoid passes through a patient mouth cavity, dissolved levodropropizine is less so that the patient does not feel a peculiar smell and a bitter taste. Therefore, a levodropropizine taste is improved effectively and patient compliance is improved.
