Summary:An embodiment of the invention provides a system and method for managing computing resources, wherein a data analyzer analyzes communications from electronic devices to identify a common topic among the communications in a predetermined area. In at least one embodiment, only communications that have been created within a predetermined time period are analyzed. A processor connected to said data analyzer generates a title based on the common topic. A communications module connected to the processor sends an electronic message to a user, wherein the electronic message includes the title and the predetermined area. In at least one embodiment, the title and the predetermined area are displayed on a graphical user interface.
