The purpose of the invention is to provide a resin composition which has a high tear strength and also a high impact strength when formed into a film. The invention relates to a polyester resin composition comprising a polyester resin (A) containing a succinic acid unit in an amount of 5-86 mol% of all of the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid units, a polyester resin (B) containing an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit in an amount of 5-95 mol% of all of the dicarboxylic acid units, and a polyester resin (C) containing an aliphatic oxycarboxylic acid, wherein the polyester resin (A) is contained in an amount of 10-89 wt% and the polyester resin (B) is contained in an amount of 11-90 wt% with respect to the total amount of the polyester resin (A) and the polyester resin (B), and the polyester resin (C); is contained in an amount of 1-40 wt% with respect to the total amount of the polyester resin (A), the polyester resin (B), and the polyester resin (C).
