The invention discloses a preparation method of vitis davidii normal juice rich in resveratrol and procyanidine. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) homogenizing; (2) color protection, namely, after homogenizing, immediately carrying out color protection for 4-6 minutes at 80-85 DEG C; (3) ultrasound, namely, carrying out 300-600W ultrasound treatment for 15-30 minutes; (4) microwave, namely, carrying out 400-1000 W microwave treatment for 45-60 minutes; (5) squeezing; (6) clarifying, namely, after filtering by two to four layers of gauze, centrifuging for 15-20 minutes at the speed of 8000-1000r/min, wherein upper clear liquid is the vitis davidii normal juice; and (7) sterilizing and filling, namely, carrying out 1000-1200W microwave treatment on the vitis davidii normal juice for 1-3 minutes, cooling, repeating for 3-4 times, and finally carrying out aseptic filling.
