The invention provides a rotor with permanent excitation, an electric machine having such a rotor and a manufacturing method for the rotor. The rotor with permanent excitation includes a plurality of permanent magnets which are arranged around the shaft in a circumferential direction for permanent excitation. A flux conducting device is arranged for conducting a magnetic flux of the permanent magnets. The permanent magnets is fixed on the shaft body, and the flux conducting device has a plurality of separate soft-magnetic flux conducting elements, with each flux conducting element being mounted between two of the permanent magnets and fixed thereto so as to be indirectly held in place on the shaft.
