Summary:The invention relates to a method for obtaining sodium tripolyphosphate by the one-step polycondensation of phosphoric acid and caustic soda. The method comprises the following steps: putting the phosphoric acid and the caustic soda into a reaction kettle; controlling a reaction process by regulating the neutralization degree and the baume degree when reaction raw materials reach two thirds of the capacity of the reaction kettle; pumping a neutralization reaction liquid into a neutralization liquid storing tank by using a pump after the neutralization reaction; spraying into an air-blowing drier by using a high-pressure pump and performing polymerization dehydration; cooling and packaging, thereby obtaining a sodium tripolyphosphate product. The method has the advantages of being energy-saving, simple in process and free of carbon emission. As a result, the method is suitable for large-scale production.
