A wind collecting chamber is arranged inside the shell; a dry-type paint mist collecting filter is arranged in the wind collecting chamber; a drawing fan is arranged on the top of the wind collecting chamber. The dry-type paint mist collecting filter is a folded body with a plurality of V-shaped grooves, and is formed by perforating, folding and gluing a two-ply board. The dry-type paint mist collecting filter is employed in the environment-friendly dry-type dedusting and purifying device for paint mist, so that consumption and contamination of water are reduced, overspray is avoided, cost is reduced and the device is convenient for maintenance.
