The invention discloses a degradable liquid film prepared by adopting wastes of tobacco fields and a use method of the degradable liquid film. The film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 82-97 parts of raw material, 17-25 parts of film-forming agent, 3-4 parts of plasticizer, 1.1-2.15 parts of crosslinking agent, 0.03-0.05 parts of initiator and 0.1-0.2 parts of pH (potential of Hydrogen) regulating agent, wherein during dilution spraying, 0.1-0.2 parts of microelement fertilizer and 0.01-0.05 parts of botanical disease-preventing pest-controlling medicament can be added; and the raw material comprises one or more of fermenting waste liquor of the wastes of the tobacco fields, lignin sulfonate, modified starch, humic acid and carboxymethyl cellulose.
