Summary: | The invention discloses an optimized design method for a main shaft of a machine tool. In the method, the design variable, the target function including a plurality of target sub-functions and the constraint condition of the main shaft are determined, and optimized design is performed by the following steps: (1) a test design optimizing stage; (2) an optimal value transmitting step; and (3) a gradient optimizing stage. According to the optimized design method for the main shaft of the machine tool provided by the invention, uniform initial optimization is performed in a feasible region by using test design, an initial optimal solution making the target function optimal is selected from all test points, and the initial optimal solution is taken as an initial value of a gradient method for further optimizing deeply, so that a global optimal solution making the comprehensive performance of the main shaft of the machine tool optimal is obtained finally.
