Summary: | The invention discloses a light safety helmet with a novel micro-hole buffering layer structure. The light safety helmet with the novel micro-hole buffering layer structure comprises a helmet outer shell, a buffering layer, a lining and a textile layer. By using the bionics principle, the buffering layer is of a porous structure similar to a middle layer of a walnut shell. Communication holes are distributed in all hole walls. Thus, the buffering layer can effectively disperse impact, absorb impact energy, reduce injuries caused by the impact and meanwhile, reduce weight of the helmet and improve use comfort. The lining is composed of foam or sponges which has certain thickness, low density and soft texture and can assist the shock attenuating function of the helmet outer shell and the buffering layer. The light safety helmet with the novel micro-hole buffering layer structure can improve the impact-resisting performance of the helmet and protect the head from being injured. |
