Summary: | The invention discloses a laser scanning confocal synchronous stress loading method and device for detecting in-vitro rat tibia calcium. The method is characterized in that the rat tibia is fixed in the middle of a tissue fixator in a chamber, a cell culture solution is filled in the chamber, a laser scanning confocal microscope lens performs line scanning for every 5 seconds through a quartz wafer below the chamber so as to image calcium in a flat region at the front inner side of the tibia in a microscope; and one end of the tissue fixator is fixed, the other end of the tissue fixator acts on the rat tibia in a dynamic and periodic stress loading manner to generate an axial compression load so as to simultaneously generate axial compression deformation and bending deformation vertical to the axial direction on the imaging surface of the calcium at the front inner side of the tibia. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively inhibiting the focal point excursion of the laser scanning co |
