Summary:The invention discloses a cryogenic liquid delivery vacuum pipe system which comprises a vacuum pipe and a cold box. One end of the vacuum pipe penetrates into the cold box in a preset length, and the vacuum pipe is fixed on the cold box through a flange. The portion of the vacuum pipe, which is disposed outside the cold box, is provided with a vacuum opening. The vacuum opening of the vacuum pipe is provided with a self-suction vacuum device in a sealing mode. An elastic device is arranged in the self-suction vacuum device and corresponds to the vacuum opening. The cryogenic liquid delivery vacuum pipe system has low cold box corrosion, good thermal insulation effect and safe and reliable operation.
