The detection kit contains a first reaction solution and a second reaction solution, and the first reaction solution contains a primer pair SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2, a probe SEQ ID NO:3, a primer pair SEQ ID NO:4 and SEQ ID NO:5, a probe SEQ ID NO:6, a primer pair SEQ ID NO:7 and SEQ ID NO:8, a probe SEQ ID NO:9, and the second reaction solution contains a revertase and a DNA polymerase. The detection method employs a detection kit of the present invention for detection by a PCR reaction. The detection kit of the present invention can be used for synchronous detection of A, B and C three groups of rotavirus with simple operation and rapid reading result.
