Summary:The invention provides a polyester/polyethylene alloy material which comprises recycled polyester, polyethylene and compatilizer, wherein the mass ratio of the recycled polyester, the polyethylene and the compatilizer is (10-30):(2-5):(0.1-1); and the compatilizer is maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer and maleic anhydride grafted linear low-density polyethylene. The invention also provides a preparation method of the polyester/polyethylene alloy material. According to the invention, the maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer and the maleic anhydride grafted linear low-density polyethylene are used as the compatilizer, the compatibility between the recycled polyester and the polyethylene is increased, and the mechanical property of the obtained polyester/polyethylene alloy material is enhanced, so that the polyester/polyethylene alloy material keeps high tensile strength while having high breaking extension rate, and can meet the requirements of processing technologies such as injection moldi
