The invention relates to a method for preparing a solid-state supercapacitor. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing electrode slurry, uniformly coating the electrode slurry on pole pieces, impregnating the pole pieces coated with the electrode slurry into electrolyte slurry, winding the pole piece, a diaphragm and the pole piece in sequence, and packaging a capacitor. The two steps of injecting electrolyte and winding electrode materials in sequence are integrated, so that the processing flow is shortened; and the electrode materials can be well impregnated into the electrolyte and activated, the working temperature range is wide, and the application range of the supercapacitor produced by the method is expanded.
