Summary:The invention discloses a multi-arm underground caliper measurement probe and an application method. The multi-arm underground caliper measurement probe is characterized in that the size of the internal diameter of a tube well is indirectly calculated through sliding block displacement distance detected by a laser displacement sensor, and has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy to operate, convenient to maintain, flexible in analyzing, accurate in measurement and the like. The shortcoming of the traditional mechanical open hole caliper of not high analysis sensitivity caused by the fact that a sliding potentiometer is used for indirect detection is overcome.
