Summary:The invention relates to a deep hole machining method. The deep hole machining method includes steps of firstly, disintegrating a workpiece to be machined into a plurality of portions at a deep hole position; secondly, respectively machining and forming the disintegrated portions and milling notches; and thirdly, correspondingly splicing the notches and forming the deep hole. The method has the advantages that various problems in an existing deep hole machining process are effectively solved by the method which includes halving the deep hole, machining the portions, then splicing the notches and forming the deep hole, and the deep hole which meets requirements on the precision, the straightness and the smoothness can be machined under the condition that requirements on cutters and fixtures are not increased.
