The invention discloses a bearing seat and an actuator. The bearing seat comprises a plate-like main body comprising a first side and a second side, a hole penetrating the main body, a plurality of hook parts integrally extending from the first side of the main body, and a plurality of protrusions integrally extending from the second side of the main body. The hole defines an axial direction, a radial direction, and a space used for accommodating a bearing. The plurality of hook parts form a first axial step. The plurality of protrusions are configured as that when the bearing is accommodated in the accommodation space, the protrusions deform along a radial direction, such that a second axial step is formed. The first axial step restricts the axial movement of the bearing penetrating the accommodation space along a first axial direction, and the second axial step restricts the axial movement of the bearing penetrating the accommodation space along a second axial direction, wherein the first axial direction is
