Deacidification method for distillate oil
The invention provides a deacidification method for distillate oil. According to the deacidification method, the distillate oil is contacted with a catalyst under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 200 to 350 DEG C, hydrogen pressure of 4 to 15 MPa, liquid hour volume velocity of 0.3 to 3.0...

Summary: | The invention provides a deacidification method for distillate oil. According to the deacidification method, the distillate oil is contacted with a catalyst under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 200 to 350 DEG C, hydrogen pressure of 4 to 15 MPa, liquid hour volume velocity of 0.3 to 3.0/h and a volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 300 to 1000, wherein the catalyst comprises, by weight (100%), 1 to 5% of magnesium in terms of oxide, 1 to 20% of a phosphorus-aluminum molecular sieve or a silicon-aluminum molecular sieve, 1 to 10% of Co and/or Ni and 5 to 30% of Mo and/or W, with the balance being alumina. The method has better hydrogenation and deacidification effects on the distillate oil than conventional methods do and has a good hydrogenation effect on inferior distillate oil with high content of sulfur and nitrogen. |
