Summary:The invention discloses an internal response difference correction method for a charge coupled device (CCD) pixel. The correction is realized by utilizing strong correlation between the measurement flow error of an observational star brought by the internal response difference in the CCD pixel and the normalized centric coordinates of the observational star. The two-dimensional correction map of the CCD target surface grouping is established through the actual timing sequence photometric observations, the measured data can find the corresponding two-dimensional correction map according to the observed star image central coordinate and the normalized coordinate, and the corresponding flow correction amount is obtained from the map; and finally, the correction of the photometric error brought by the internal response difference of the CCD pixel is realized, and the photometric precision is improved.
