Overflow launders are arranged in the flow guide dams on two sides. A dam body is built between the flow guide dams on two sides of the river channel. A mounting table is arranged behind the dam body. Flow channels are arranged between the dam body and a flow channel bottom face. A concave shaft hole is formed in the mounting table. A wheel shaft is arranged on the concave shaft hole in a supporting mode. Water wheels are arranged on the wheel shaft in a penetrating mode, and wheel pieces of the water wheels are arrayed in a radiation mode. The wheel shaft on one side is in transmission connection with a generator set arranged on a platform.
