Summary: | The invention relates to a high-chromium aluminum-containing ferrite stainless steel. The high-chromium aluminum-containing ferrite stainless steel comprises the following components, by mass, 0.04% or less of C, 0.5% or less of Si, 1.0% or less of Mn, 0.02% or less of P, 0.02% or less of S, 0.04% or less of N, 20.5-30.0% of Cr, 0.1-3.0% of Al, 0.01-0.5% of Ce or Y, 0.05-0.5% of at least one of Nb, Ti and V, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. An FeCe or FeY intermediate alloy is added in the smelting process through adopting a routine smelting method. The ferrite stainless steel has the advantages of excellent mechanical performances, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistances and excellent processability, can be processed to form products having various shapes, and is used in the industrial mechanical fields generally needing the corrosion and oxidation resistances. |
