A cylindrical pipe head of the stainless steel fat pipe is welded with a hollow thin stainless negative electrode air inlet pipe, and an LSM size layer for electric collecting of a negative electrode is filled between the stainless steel fat pipe and a negative electrode side of the battery, wherein the negative electrode side is coated with LSM size.
